By using Mr Moft Platform you agree to these terms.

Use of the platform
- You must be 13 or older to create an account
- Content you post must be accurate and respectful
- Fishing advice is informational — always verify local laws and venue rules
- We may suspend accounts that violate community guidelines

Shop & orders
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Orders are subject to availability
- At launch, orders are submitted as enquiries; our team will contact you to arrange payment and delivery
- Returns follow our returns policy (14 days for unused items)

Intellectual property
Platform content, branding, and original guides are owned by Mr Moft unless otherwise stated. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Liability
Fishing involves risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or legal issues arising from your fishing activities. Always fish safely and within the law.

Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
